5Check it is switched on, then go back to workAttach a renewal, or paste in a certificate. Claude picks the right workflow on its own.

If there is no Skills sectionOpen Customize and switch on code execution and file creation. Skills do not appear until those are on. This is the most common thing people hit.

The rule written into every one of theseThey describe what documents say and flag where documents disagree. They do not say what is covered, excluded, or protected, and they will not use the words guaranteed, fully covered, or complete coverage. That is a licensed judgment, and it stays with a licensed person.

What these will not do

They produce drafts, tables, and comparisons for a licensed person to review and sign. None of them makes a decision, gives a coverage opinion, contacts anyone, binds anything, or files anything. Check the named insured, the limits, the dates, and every figure before you act.
