OutcomeCatalyst LLC is a digital consulting firm that provides big data solutions to customers, particularly customers in the financial sector, so that those customers can analyze and implement data that they collect more efficiently.

OutcomeCatalyst LLC primarily implements its big data solutions by remotely accessing a consenting customer’s computer system, wherein it constructs the agreed solution directly into that customer’s system. OutcomeCatalyst LLC also offers an ongoing subscription-based service with its customers to maintain and upgrade any big data solution that has been constructed.

OutcomeCatalyst LLC is a US-based company that provides services to customers in the United States, and more recently to customers in Australia.

What information does OutcomeCatalyst LLC collect about you?
Customers and prospective customers
When you enquire about our services or when you become a customer of OutcomeCatalyst LLC, a record is made which includes your personal information.
The type of personal information that we collect will vary depending on the circumstances of collection and the kind of service that you request from us. When you are first introduced to OutcomeCatalyst LLC the information we will typically collect includes:

· information about your organisation and who you represent;

How and why does OutcomeCatalyst LLC collect and use your personal information?
OutcomeCatalyst LLC collects personal information reasonably necessary to carry out our business, to assess and manage our customers’ needs, and provide services.

Regarding constructing big data solutions into a customer’s computer system, we will only enter a customer’s computer system when the customer has consented to it. Typically, consent will be given by the customer when the customer and OutcomeCatalyst LLC have agreed on the big data solution to be implemented into the customer’s computer system. Typically, the customer, or its employees, will also be prompted by their own computer system to accept a request for remote access by OutcomeCatalyst LLC in real time.

When we enter a customer’s computer system, we do not collect, record or extract any personal information. We may observe personal information and other data on the customer’s computer system to the extent reasonably necessary for us to implement the big data solution that has been agreed by the customer. The data we typically expect to observe includes position and trading data of the employees of a customer.

Regarding any subscription-based service agreed between the customer and us to maintain the big data solution constructed in the customer’s computer system, we may observe the customer’s use of and interaction with the big data solution constructed, for the purposes of maintaining that big data solution and suggesting any optimisations to the customer.

We may collect information to fulfil administrative functions associated with these services, for example billing, entering into contracts with you and/or third parties and managing client relationships.

How does OutcomeCatalyst LLC interact with you via the internet?
You may visit our websites (www.outcomecatalyst.com) without identifying yourself. If you identify yourself (for example, by providing your contact details in an enquiry), any personal information you provide to OutcomeCatalyst LLC will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

OutcomeCatalyst LLC is a US-based company. Therefore, any personal information collected by OutcomeCatalyst LLC, as in accordance with this Privacy Policy, will necessarily be personal information disclosed overseas.

Unless we have your consent, or an exception under the APPs applies, we will only disclose your personal information to other overseas recipients where we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the APPs in relation to your personal information.

How can you access or seek correction of your personal information?

You will not be charged for making a request to access your personal information but you may be charged for the reasonable time and expense incurred in compiling information in response to your request.
