If there is no Skills sectionOpen Customize and switch on code execution and file creation. Skills do not appear until those are on. This is the most common thing people hit.

Before you use any of thisDo not paste patient identifiers into Claude unless your organization has a business associate agreement in place and has told you which surface is covered. Every workflow here is designed to work on de-identified or aggregate inputs, and the highest-value ones need no patient data at all.

What these will not do

They produce analyses, worklists, and draft letters for a person to review. This is administration support only. Nothing here is clinical decision support, and none of it should be used for diagnosis, treatment, or any patient-facing purpose. Verify every code and every policy citation against a current source.
